Description

You will design, implement, and develop solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI agents. The role focuses on building a secure digital workplace for 6,000+ employees, including governance and SDLC/ALM for AI/automation and low-code solutions. You’ll collaborate with business, architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and the AI Competency Center to deliver digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and develop Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI agent solutions

  • Maintain and evolve the digital workspace platform with high availability, security, and service compliance

  • Define and implement standards for using AI, agents, automation, and low-code solutions, including governance and SDLC/ALM

  • Work with business, architecture, cybersecurity, and the AI Competency Center to support digital transformation

  • Analyze new technologies and implement innovative solutions to increase employee and business process efficiency

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in administration, design, and development of Microsoft 365 solutions

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID

  • Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrations with business systems

  • Practical interest in using AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents in an enterprise environment

  • Ability to design secure solutions aligned with architecture requirements, cybersecurity, GDPR/RODO, and financial-sector regulations

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions

  • Automation experience using PowerShell, Power Automate, and low-code tools

  • Ability to independently diagnose problems and make decisions during critical situations

  • Strong communication with internal stakeholders and collaboration with architecture, security, compliance, and product teams

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

  • English proficiency for using technical documentation and collaborating with technology vendors
