Description

Join a development team building and supporting enterprise solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem. You will architect and deliver solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio, create integrations and custom connectors, and maintain production applications.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, maintainable solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)

  • Lead integrations between Power Platform and Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems

  • Develop and maintain APIs, custom connectors, and application integrations

  • Maintain and further develop existing Copilot Studio solutions

  • Support and maintain production applications: troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and end-user communication

  • Manage support cases and tickets, resolve issues, work priorities, and ensure stability and continuity

  • Stay up to date with new Power Platform capabilities and Microsoft ecosystem best practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience with production-ready implementations

  • Experience with Copilot Studio development

  • Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, integrations, and data modeling

  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform security: authentication, role-based access control, DLP policies, secure credential/secret handling

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure services

  • Experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, and APIs

  • Practical knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)

  • Experience in application support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, collaboration with technical and business teams

  • Ability to work effectively in production, prioritize incidents/requests, and communicate with users and stakeholders

  • Fluent English and strong communication skills

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable
