Description

Design, configure, and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions with a focus on Fixed Assets and related tax processes. You will translate business requirements into SAP FICO configurations, support implementations and upgrades, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks. You will also provide end-user training and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO solutions
• Configure and customize SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting)
• Configure and customize SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders)
• Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO system issues to keep operations running
• Coordinate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks
• Deliver training for end-users
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with focus on Asset Accounting and taxes
• Strong SAP FICO configuration and integration knowledge
• Experience with the SAP S/4HANA platform
• Understanding of financial processes, IFRS, and local accounting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
