Description

You will map the Czech and Slovak e-commerce ecosystem and proactively create marketing partnerships that bring Retino visibility through joint webinars, content, studies/data, and events. This is not a sales/provision role: you will open, maintain, and coordinate partner relationships, then hand confirmed opportunities to the internal team to execute. You will also track what works (leads/impact) and keep ongoing relationships moving with clear next steps.

Responsibilities

• Map the e-commerce ecosystem (platforms, logistics, marketing/development agencies, e-shop tools, media, communities, industry associations)

• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities; maintain a clear pipeline of active relationships

• Initiate outreach: schedule meetings, explain the partnership idea, and connect the right people

• Secure co-marketing placements with partners (webinars, podcasts, articles/interviews, newsletter swaps, joint studies/data, case studies, partner events)

• Nurture existing partner relationships so agreements don’t stall

• Track results by partner (people and leads delivered) and document what to repeat

• Work with the internal team (events, content/social, web/data) and report to the Head of Marketing; pass leads to sales

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce (agency, e-shop/platform, e-commerce tool, marketplace, or large e-commerce)

• Experience in co-marketing or partnership marketing (webinars, content exchange, partner events, or campaigns)

• Ability to write and present partner offers (explaining value in meetings)

• Ability to manage many relationships and next steps simultaneously (20+ partnerships)

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills; comfortable attending industry events

• Proficiency in Czech and English (speaking and writing)

• Comfort using AI tools for research, materials, and follow-ups
