Description

You will be the main point of contact for clients and run their projects end-to-end—from the initial brief through delivery. You will coordinate timelines, tracked hours, and external designers/developers in Jira, translate analytics into clear presentations, and occasionally update client websites in Webflow or WordPress. In the first months you work together with the team to ramp up, with the goal of managing your clients independently after about six months.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact: set expectations and resolve issues when projects get stuck
• Plan and manage projects in Jira, including deadlines and time/effort tracking
• Coordinate external designers and developers
• Present results to clients using analyst reports you convert into a client-friendly format
• Handle basic website edits (text, images, and pages) in Webflow or WordPress as needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an agency/studio or client-side environment in an account, project, marketing, or supplier-coordination role
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
• Native Czech or Slovak; operate in the same time zone; English needed for calls and reading materials
• Strong communication and judgment: identify problems, propose next steps, and justify work with data
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Familiarity with GA4 reporting and ability to interpret performance changes
• Basic experience with Webflow or WordPress for content and page updates
• Experience with Jira (experience with Asana, ClickUp, or Basecamp is a plus)
• Comfort with daily collaboration via Slack and phone
