Description

You will ensure the continuity and optimization of Atlassian platforms—especially Jira and Confluence—for 4,000+ users across multiple countries. The role covers administration and ongoing improvements to Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence (Cloud), including enhancements to technical customizations and business continuity support. You’ll also evaluate user requests, implement changes aligned with standards and best practices, and develop a migration strategy for On-premises instances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service continuity and keep platforms updated and optimized

• Understand and implement requested business improvements

• Improve current technical customizations

• Support business continuity for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery & Confluence (Cloud)

• Challenge users’ requests from functional and technical perspectives

• Propose and implement changes in compliance with internal standards and best practices

• Continuously enhance instance behaviors and propose a technical roadmap

• Establish new internal standards

• Develop a migration strategy for On-premises instances and oversee the migration

• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Jira & Confluence administration (Cloud and On-premises)

• Strong expertise in Jira administration best practices and ScriptRunner

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
