Description

Join the internal IT team responsible for running IT services across the organization. The goal is to unify user account management from multiple systems under Microsoft Entra ID as the central source of truth (identity, roles, and access). You will initially lead the EntryID configuration and integrations, then continue developing and operating the solution.

Responsibilities

• Configure EntryID so other systems can connect to the central identity layer
• Integrate selected systems (and support integration of systems you work with) with the identity platform
• Continue evolving and running identity and access operations after the initial project phase
• Work closely with the Security team on identity-layer topics across the group
• Design and implement practical solutions (including integrations and scripts) rather than only following step-by-step instructions

Requirements

• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory, including their interconnection
• Experience connecting systems to a centralized identity solution, including cases where direct connection is not possible (e.g., via open-source IdP or other federation)
• Ability to implement SSO and account provisioning/deprovisioning (SAML/OIDC, LDAP, REST API)
• Scripting and API skills (PowerShell or Python; Microsoft Graph; Google Admin SDK; Keycloak Admin API or similar)
• Security-oriented identity thinking: MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and auditing of accounts and access as input for ISO 27001 and TISAX compliance
• Google Workspace administration experience or willingness to ramp up quickly
• Experience from similar IT initiatives (deployment, migration)
• Practical use of AI tools as part of everyday work: writing/reviewing scripts, using documentation, proposing configurations and automation—while critically evaluating outputs and respecting data security
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (resource groups, subscriptions, RBAC), especially in relation to Entra ID and planned infrastructure backups
