Description

You’ll partner with clients in the digital world to set direction, coordinate specialists, and ensure marketing work aligns with business goals, creativity, and measurable performance. You will create and optimize marketing strategies, move campaigns and brands forward through testing and smarter approaches, and lead projects end-to-end from initial brief to success evaluation. You’ll also develop accounts by finding and turning up-sell opportunities into value.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize marketing strategies to improve client goal attainment and overall strategy

• Advance campaigns and brands by identifying better, more effective ways to execute

• Lead projects end-to-end (from first assignment to performance evaluation)

• Coordinate specialists, including budgets, schedules, and deadlines

• Identify growth opportunities and support account expansion (up-sell)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital marketing

• Strategic and creative thinking; able to propose and justify solutions that differentiate clients from competitors

• Proficiency with Google Ads and Sklik (and other tools)

• Ability to run multiple projects at once with high organization

• Strong communication skills and a fair, open, effective working style

• Commercial mindset and comfort with thinking in opportunities
