Description

You will design, implement, and test multi-agent workflows with adaptive decision logic and optimize system architecture through close collaboration with AI Prompt & Agent Engineers, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders. You will optimize prompts and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications, and build scalable backend services that orchestrate integrations across cloud environments. You will also develop and maintain APIs/connectors and secure interfaces for external AI platforms, internal systems, and MCP servers, while contributing to documentation and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test multi-agent workflows and adaptive decision logic
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize system architecture
• Contribute to architecture, design, and technical direction of solutions
• Optimize prompts and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications
• Build scalable backend services and orchestrate cloud integrations
• Coordinate API integrations with external AI platforms, internal systems, and MCP servers
• Develop APIs, connectors, and interfaces ensuring secure, scalable communication
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous process improvements
• Support a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or comparable qualifications with practical experience
• Minimum 6 years of Software Engineering experience
• At least 5 years focused on backend development with Python in production environments
• English and Polish proficiency (minimum B2 for both)
• Proficiency in building and scaling production-grade applications
• Demonstrated experience with AI technologies (AI Agents, RAG, MCP) including quality assurance of AI systems
• Proven experience with managed cloud services (AWS or Azure), including AI services, storage, and databases
• Familiarity with deployment of containerized applications in scalable cloud environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Experience managing API integrations with external AI platforms and internal systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove technical roadblocks
• Effective collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Growth mindset and willingness to explore new technologies
• Ownership of technical decisions and contribution to maintainable architectures
• Ability to support other developers through knowledge sharing and mentoring
• Hands-on experience with AI agent development and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph (or similar) is a plus
• Track record in designing multi-agent systems and adaptive decision logic is an advantage
• In-depth understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs is an asset
