Description

You will identify business areas suitable for AI automation, analyze and map processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications for AI and agentic solutions. You will design and implement cloud-agnostic large language model solutions, including RAG with a knowledge base and agent-based systems. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably technical or IT)

• Ability to analyze risks and consequences of implementing AI in an organizational environment

• Knowledge of data security, responsible AI use, and regulatory compliance

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of AI tools and topics, including large and small language models, RAG and vector databases (LangChain, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI), and business process automation with AI

• Ability to translate business needs into non-standard AI concepts and technical requirements

• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams

• Proactivity and initiative

• Responsibility for designed solutions and awareness of their organizational impact

• Experience in business or process analysis

• Ability to run workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end

• Ability to build improvement prototypes

• Ability to prepare documentation

• B driving license

• English at an intermediate level
