Description

Drive commercial impact by making financially sound pricing decisions. Translate customer insights, competitive dynamics, and market data into strategies that grow ARPU, retention, and customer lifetime value. Design and optimize pricing while supporting business goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pricing strategies for acquisition, upsell, and retention segments

• Evaluate business cases, margin structures, and P&L impacts of pricing decisions

• Partner with Finance and Controlling to align pricing with revenue, cost, and profitability goals

• Monitor market and competitor pricing trends and recommend tactical adjustments

• Support propositions and CVM teams with price simulation, sensitivity analysis, and pricing governance

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years in segment, pricing, or business controlling (Telco preferred)

• Strong understanding of P&L, margin management, and profitability levers

• Advanced Excel / Power BI skills; ability to translate data into business recommendations

• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and strong synthesis of insights

• Collaborative style working with marketing, channels, and finance teams

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders

• Comfortable presenting to leadership and leading challenging discussions about pricing recommendations

• Fluent English and Czech
