• Role: Creator Partnerships Specialist

Description

You will help bring new creators and offline communities to the platform by mapping where content is created and where people gather. You’ll identify promising creators/projects, reach out with tailored messaging, explain what Herohero offers, and guide them through the first steps. You’ll manage follow-ups in a CRM pipeline and bring creator feedback back to the team.

Responsibilities

• Map the landscape across digital creation and offline communities and find potential partners

• Contact creators/projects who are not yet aware of Herohero via calls and messages

• Explain the product clearly and specifically for each person; prepare presentations and supporting materials

• Lead the relationship from first contact through onboarding and early launch

• Maintain your own CRM pipeline; track where each prospect is and run follow-ups

• Provide feedback to the team on what creators need, what’s missing, and why some say no

Requirements

• Strong overview of the creative scene online and offline (who’s who; where people gather)

• Ability to explain complex topics simply, both verbally and in writing

• Independent and systematic working style (plan your week without task assignments)

• Comfort approaching strangers and persistence with follow-ups after silence

• Ability to follow through and complete tasks

• Excellent Czech
