Description

As a key member of the Enterprise Command and Control (EMC2) team, the Integrated Command & Control (IC2) Business Development Analyst plans and executes business growth activities for the IC2 Asia Pacific portfolio. You will own opportunity assessment, capture management, competitive assessment and positioning, teaming/subcontracting strategy, and customer relationship development. You will coordinate with internal departments on business development projects and communicate capture strategies, resource needs, and marketing plans to senior management, representing the organization in key meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute new business and program growth activities (opportunity assessment, capture management)

  • Perform competitive assessment and positioning

  • Develop teaming/subcontracting strategy

  • Drive customer relationship development

  • Identify resource requirements, capture strategies, and marketing plans for new market growth pursuits

  • Coordinate with internal functional departments to identify and implement business development projects

  • Communicate plans with senior management and represent the organization in customer, subcontractor, and teaming meetings

Requirements

  • Command and Control domain experience

  • Demonstrated ability to drive tasks to closure with resourceful solutions

  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-business and cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication with ability to negotiate and work with diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to organize and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds toward common objectives

  • Flexibility to support meetings at non-standard times due to time zone differences (US vs. Asia Pacific)

  • Business acumen, analytical/problem-solving skills, reliability, and sound judgment

  • Ability to develop strategies and Financial and Investment plans through Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and other functional areas

  • Partner with Government Affairs, Global Business Development & Strategy, and other required stakeholders

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills

  • Diplomatic, persuasive, and articulate communication/presentation skills
