Description

You will lead commercial-first strategy, growth, capture, and customer engagement for advanced C2/Mission Command software supporting CJADC2 concepts (including IAMD and NGC2). You will navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems to accelerate software accreditation, deployment, and data interoperability, including securing Authorities to Operate (ATO) and Initial Authorizations to Test (IATT). You will also apply AI prompting and support data-centric, AI-enabled warfighting software initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Capture Strategy: Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities across US Army C2 and Mission Command software ecosystems (PAE C2/CC2, CPE C2IN, PAE Fires).
• Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with Army stakeholders, requirements writers, technical directors, and acquisition authorities.
• Accreditation Strategy: Collaborate with engineering teams to navigate compliance and achieve ATO/IATT for rapid, continuous deployment.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a long-range opportunity pipeline and lead R&D priorities, color team reviews, capture strategies, and proposal development.
• AI/Data Support: Use proficient AI prompting and analyze consumer and syndicated/point-of-sale data to inform sales and proposal decisions; may support presales and sales meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or defense business development, capture management, or equivalent government leadership roles focused on C2/tactical software/mission command.
• Deep familiarity with the US Army acquisition lifecycle, including PAE C2/Counter C2, CPE C2 Information Networks, and PAE Fires ecosystems.
• Demonstrated strategic awareness of Army modernization efforts such as NGC2, AIAMD, and emerging air/missile defense architectures (e.g., Golden Dome for America).
• In-depth knowledge of data-centric, AI-enabled C2 frameworks, including data ingestion/egress requirements and agentic AI models.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
