Description

You will own complex, cross-functional engineering programs end-to-end across multiple teams and organizations, ensuring roadmap alignment, dependency management, and early surfacing of risks for resolution. You will also build AI-powered workflows, dashboards, and automated reporting to improve portfolio visibility and reduce manual overhead, including deploying AI agents and integrations across engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering programs from concept to measurable delivery

• Drive roadmap alignment across TER and partner engineering organizations; align leadership on sequencing, dependencies, and commitments

• Own quarterly and annual strategic planning process, documentation, and staffing priorities

• Act as a neutral party across engineering and leadership to resolve roadmap conflicts and competing priorities

• Partner with engineering leaders to unblock technical issues and deliver executive updates on program health, risks, and decisions

• Anticipate cross-team dependencies and risks and drive mitigation with clear accountability

• Reduce delivery friction; build accountability culture and mentor junior program managers
