Description

Lead strategic initiatives that improve business performance through process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and operational governance. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution by turning business opportunities into scalable operational practices. Drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and organizational effectiveness

• Identify process improvement opportunities and design standardized solutions across teams and business units

• Align stakeholders with differing priorities by establishing common goals, ownership models, and execution plans

• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions by partnering with data, analytics, technology, and operational teams

• Develop governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and management processes to improve execution consistency and accountability

• Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions for leadership decision-making

• Drive adoption of new technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions

• Manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and workstreams

• Create executive communications, project updates, business cases, and presentations covering objectives, risks, progress, and outcomes

• Foster continuous improvement using data, best practices, and lessons learned

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience (strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area)

• Advanced university degree (MBA desired) or demonstrable equivalent

• Proven business transformation, program & project management, and operational excellence skills

• Strong process design and improvement, stakeholder management, and change management experience

• Demonstrated data analytics & visualization and executive communication skills

• Experience with governance & risk management and AI & automation enablement
