Description

Lead AI/ML innovation across PDM and Tech Ops as part of the enterprise AI strategy to accelerate therapy development. You will develop expertise in PDM and Tech Ops processes, Master Data Management, and design AI-enabled solutions to improve speed, quality, and efficiency. Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to deliver scalable, validated, and compliant AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute prompt engineering strategies; run experimentation to optimize model performance

  • Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions across PDM and Tech Ops use cases

  • Serve as SME for AI model design, feature engineering, and solution architecture

  • Support PDM Master Data Management

  • Document current-state workflows (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Tech Development/PD, quality, CMC) and translate into AI-ready future-state problem definitions

  • Validate AI solutions against current-state workflows and regulatory requirements, including GxP and controls

  • Contribute to data solutions and provide post-implementation support (troubleshooting and root cause analysis)

  • Manage portfolio-level tracking with executive dashboards and metrics across PDM and Tech Ops AI/ML initiatives

  • Mentor junior data scientists

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, data science, and/or computer science

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with prompt engineering, LLM testing, or AI model experimentation

  • Strong systems thinking and ability to visualize workflows and processes

  • Ability to translate process/business logic into technical specifications for AI

  • Familiarity with GxP/GMP

  • Strong problem definition, problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills
