Description

You will create and run a central analytics stack with data pipelines for several subsidiaries, consolidating data, metrics, and reports across the group. The role includes warehouse data modeling, enterprise KPI definition/documentation/implementation, and building Power BI reports for product, management, and finance use cases. You will work hands-on and collaborate closely across Tech, Product, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Build, extend, and operate a central analytics stack with data pipelines for currently five subsidiaries

• Consolidate data, metrics, and reports across multiple companies

• Model data in the warehouse (Postgres / Azure Warehouse) with a focus on maintainable data models

• Define, document, and implement company-wide KPIs

• Create and further develop Power BI reports for product, management, and finance use cases

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a Business Intelligence environment (preferably in a software or tech company)

• Strong hands-on mindset; enjoy building pipelines, models, and reports yourself

• Strong understanding of business context and logic behind numbers

• Experience working at the interface between Tech, Product, and Finance

• Very good SQL skills and experience with Python in an analytics context

• Experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, cloud data warehouses)

• German (C2) and English (C1) proficiency in speech and writing

• High communication skills; able to clearly explain complex matters and work with different stakeholders
