Description

You will design complex Atlassian architectures and help clients unify culture, processes, and tools to improve collaboration and outcomes. The role includes creating solution roadmaps, migrating Atlassian tools and data to the cloud, implementing automations and AI agents when they make sense, and supporting client workshops and solution documentation. It combines client partnership with hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in Atlassian products.

Responsibilities

• Design the solution and vision for its further development on the Atlassian platform

• Select the right combination of Atlassian tools to meet client needs and optimize processes

• Plan and implement migrations of Atlassian tools and data to the cloud

• Deploy AI agents and automation where it adds value

• Configure Atlassian tools for client projects (create automations, test, find and fix issues)

• In some cases, work with scripts

• Prepare solution proposals: processes, ways to digitalize them, and documentation of work completed

• Conduct workshops and consult clients on project status and next steps

• Share knowledge with the team via mentoring and collaboration

Requirements

• At least user-level experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Logical thinking and ability to reason in context (not limited to programming or analytics)

• Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently

• Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers

• Openness to learning and continuous improvement
