Description

Support and enhance Atlassian tools—Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in Data Center—to help enable business processes. You will design solutions, optimize Jira configurations, build automations and custom solutions with ScriptRunner (Groovy), and integrate Jira/Confluence with external systems via REST API.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Data Center)
• Design and implement solutions supporting business processes using Atlassian tools
• Configure and optimize Jira workflows, forms, screens, permission schemes, and projects
• Create automations and custom solutions with ScriptRunner (Groovy)
• Integrate Jira and Confluence with external systems via REST API
• Implement and develop Atlassian add-ons such as Assets, Automation for Jira, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, and easyBI
• Provide user support and advisory guidance for effective use of Atlassian tools

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem and daily work with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Data Center)
• Ability to independently develop and optimize Jira configuration (workflows, forms, screens, permission schemes)
• Knowledge of ScriptRunner (Groovy) for custom solutions and process automation
• Experience integrating Jira and Confluence with other systems using REST API
• Knowledge of Atlassian add-ons (Assets, Automation for Jira, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, easyBI) and practical experience using them
