Description

Provide L2 support to ensure smooth operation of customers’ IT and cloud systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365, Azure, and MDM Intune. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborate with infrastructure and development teams on more complex cases, and support migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer technical requests, mainly in Microsoft 365, Azure, and MDM Intune (via ticketing, email, or phone)
• Participate in projects and migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure, including post-migration customer support
• Analyze and diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
• Work with development and infrastructure teams on complex cases
• Configure and administer Windows Servers (services and roles)
• Configure and administer Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams)
• Deliver basic user training for safe PC and cloud service usage

Requirements

• Experience in L2 support, IT helpdesk, or technical support
• Strong communication skills and ability to analyze problems
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client stations (macOS is an advantage)
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Ability to solve standard requests independently and know when to escalate
• Fluent Czech (native level) and English B2+ (spoken and written)
• Driver’s license category B
