Description

Join a team focused on business process automation using RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath). You will learn to design, build, and deploy RPA-based automations, collaborate with the business to identify automation opportunities, and grow competencies in Python and modern AI-supported tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, creation, and deployment of business process automations using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)

• Learn to analyze and map business processes and identify areas suitable for automation

• Collect and refine requirements with business stakeholders

• Create macros and small tools that support everyday automation

• Develop and maintain RPA robots; test and evolve solutions over time

• Use Python to build automations and AI-based solutions

• Prepare technical documentation and report progress

• Propose improvements and new ideas to increase process efficiency

• Track AI technology trends and support implementation in product development

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)

• Basics of macro creation (VBA) or willingness to learn to write simple automation scripts

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) or readiness to quickly fill knowledge gaps

• Polish and English at least B2

• Analytical, curious mindset and willingness to solve complex problems in non-standard ways

• Effective communication and ability to ask the right questions when gathering requirements

• Independence, creativity, and strong motivation to learn and develop

• Availability for hybrid work with an office in Gdańsk

• AI-powered skills: experience with AI tools or openness to actively use, test, and deploy them to achieve measurable time savings and better task quality
