Quick Facts

Business Process Analyst (Fintech) role focused on bringing order to how processes work across the organization—covering end-to-end client workflows, internal collaboration, CRM enablement, and keeping process documentation in Confluence up to date.

Description

You will map and improve processes in a fast-growing environment where documentation and system integrations may not be fully established. You’ll turn findings into process maps, documentation, and concrete change requirements, including improvements, system-level changes, and automation opportunities. The role also includes substantial involvement in the preparation and implementation of a new CRM system and in evaluating new software and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Map processes across the company (client onboarding, client servicing, and internal department collaboration).
  • Work with managers and key stakeholders to understand real workflows and find bottlenecks, unclear responsibilities, or unnecessary work.
  • Translate insights into clear process maps, documentation, and specific requirements for change.
  • Identify where changes can be made quickly, where broader system changes are needed, and where automation can help.
  • Support teams in setting up new processes and embedding them into daily operations.
  • Participate in preparing and implementing a new CRM system, especially from the perspective of company processes and departmental needs.
  • Contribute to evaluating new software and AI solutions to simplify business and client processes.
  • Take ownership over time of maintaining process documentation in Confluence so it remains current and truly usable.
  • Use internal data to monitor how products/processes work and build understanding of competition and financial regulation in the Czech Republic and EU.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with process analysis, business analysis, business development, or product management.
  • Proven ability not only to analyze processes but also to help implement changes.
  • Ability to quickly understand company operations and connect perspectives across departments.
  • Strong problem-discovery skills through asking the right questions.
  • Capability to produce process maps, requirements, or documentation usable by both business and IT.
  • Experience with CRM or other enterprise information systems.
  • Data skills with experience using data for decision-making.
  • Ability to justify changes, push for adoption, and verify that improvements work in practice.
  • Independent and proactive working style.

Benefits

  • Clear, visible impact on how the whole company functions.
  • Influence on the new CRM and on future ways of working for teams.
  • Opportunity to propose and deliver your own improvements.
  • Direct collaboration with leadership and department managers.
  • Quick decision-making environment with fewer approval layers for good ideas.
  • Office in central Prague (between Wenceslas Square and the Main Railway Station).
