  • Onboarding & Process Governance: Guide third parties through internal compliance portals and approval frameworks, utilizing internal onboarding tools such as BRIDGE and risk registers, while maintaining precise audit trails.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel models to evaluate supplier pricing, analyze market rate benchmarks, and build structured risk and spend reports for senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Management, or Corporate Compliance.
  • Direct familiarity with formal corporate onboarding frameworks, including ABC checks, reputational media screening, and privacy/data protection evaluations (PIA). Prior exposure to internal EY risk tools, such as BRIDGE, is a distinct advantage.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating contract terms, service rates, and pricing models with external vendors.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, financial modeling, and reporting, alongside strong research capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and confidence managing external partner relationships independently.

Highly Desirable

  • Familiarity with the corporate Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem and experience identifying professional training providers across international markets.
