Description

You will coordinate the introduction and ongoing maintenance of continuous improvement processes based on the LEAN/Six Sigma philosophy across 2 or more entities. You will support employee improvement activities, collaborate on workplace layouts and internal documents, report on LEAN projects, and help implement BEST BUSINESS PRACTICES and Aero Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LEAN/Six Sigma continuous improvement processes across multiple entities

• Support employees in continuous improvement activities

• Contribute to workplace layout creation and internal documentation

• Report on LEAN project results

• Implement BEST BUSINESS PRACTICES

• Participate in checks and audits of compliance with external or internal standards

• Manage defined LEAN/Six Sigma/VCP improvement projects, including:

  • Employee improvement suggestion system (EUREKA)

  • Coordinate and implement the Aero Excellence system

  • Implement and improve SQCDP across levels L1–L3

• Support leadership with business cases and materials for strategic decisions
