Description

Join a team building one of the largest Data Warehouse systems in the Lufthansa Group, processing data about customers, tickets, journeys, B2B agreements, loyalty programs, and flight schedules. You will analyze business requirements, map them to the existing data model, identify new data sources, and deliver proof-of-concepts together with business stakeholders. You will also build and maintain ETL/import/export processes and optimize existing data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map them to the existing data model

• Identify new data sources

• Build proof-of-concepts with business teams

• Plan and estimate tasks

• Develop and implement new functionality

• Optimize existing processes and analyze exceptional cases

• Create and maintain data import/export processes

• Prepare documentation and continuously learn business aspects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in databases and ETL

• Strong SQL knowledge (procedural languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL)

• Experience with Databricks

• Experience with version control tools

• Good command of English and Polish (B2/C1)

• Analytical mindset and team spirit

• Good communication skills

• Readiness to work from the office in Gdańsk at least 2 days a week
