SAP Logistics Engineering Manager

We are seeking an expert leader to combine strategic people management with a strong background in SAP Logistics (SCM). This role is suited to professionals currently working as a Head of Unit, Practice Head, or CoE Lead who want to drive business development and manage key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and oversight for all SAP Logistics operations
• Build, lead, and nurture high-performance SAP Logistics teams across global locations
• Lead and support employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, and compensation
• Lead global strategic initiatives that contribute to discipline growth
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects in close collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Manage direct customer relationships regarding delivery team performance and project timelines and schedules
• Maintain expert-level SAP Logistics knowledge and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 7 years of proven SAP Logistics leadership experience, including a track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale, multidisciplinary projects and direct experience in customer-facing roles
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• English fluency at B2+ level or higher
