Description

You will lead and develop a team of SAP specialists across locations in the Czech Republic and abroad. The role combines leadership with strong SAP FI/CO and Finance process understanding—working with business stakeholders and serving as a reliable partner to external SAP/AMS providers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the SAP specialist team (CZ and international)

  • Set priorities, distribute work, and ensure team results

  • Support and further develop SAP applications for Finance and Order Fulfillment

  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams

  • Handle priorities, changes, and escalations related to SAP application operations

  • Work with external SAP/AMS vendors, including quality control and monitoring agreed services and costs

  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and simplify processes

  • Participate in additional SAP and finance transformation projects

Requirements

  • Experience leading people (leadership is essential)

  • Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge and orientation in financial processes

  • Knowledge of GL, AP/AR, controlling, financial close, and/or reporting

  • Ability to discuss SAP solutions with specialists and external vendors and provide your own expert view

  • Ability to communicate effectively across IT and business

  • Independence, decision-making capability, and comfort handling difficult situations

  • Very good English (minimum B2)
