Lead SAP FICO Consultant

Description

Lead SAP FICO Consultant will drive finance transformation on global projects by designing, configuring, and implementing SAP financial solutions aligned with business goals. You will gather requirements with key business users, lead workshops with Fit-to-Standard analysis, tailor functionality to customer and industry needs, and provide troubleshooting and support for SAP solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 3 complete lifecycle implementations
• Strong background integrating finance with upstream modules such as SD, MM, and WM
• Understanding of how payroll integrates with finance processes
• Proficiency in Financial Accounting and Controlling setup, including bank accounting, cash management, and asset management
• Experience with Project Systems and Project Accounting setup
• Ability to lead and run workshops while managing onshore and offshore teams
• Strong client-facing consulting skills and excellent communication
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Willingness to travel as needed
