Description

Lead finance transformation efforts on global projects by collecting requirements, designing and configuring SAP financial solutions aligned with business goals, and conducting Fit-to-Standard analysis. Facilitate business workshops, prepare documentation and training materials, and provide troubleshooting and support for SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage key business users to collect requirements

• Assess business needs and plan solution design

• Conduct Fit-to-Standard analysis and run business workshops

• Set up and tailor SAP functionality to meet customer business and industry requirements

• Develop project documentation, including training materials for business users

• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience

• At least 3 complete lifecycle implementations

• Strong finance integration knowledge with SD, MM, and WM

• Understanding of payroll integration with finance processes

• Expertise in financial accounting and controlling setup (bank accounting, cash management, asset management)

• Experience with project systems and project accounting setup

• Ability to lead and run workshops while managing onshore and offshore teams

• Strong client-facing consulting skills and excellent communication

• Willingness to travel as needed

• English proficiency at B2+ level
