Description

You will be the key intermediary between the client’s business stakeholders and the IT team on a large fintech/custom development project. You will analyze client processes and existing systems in detail, transform findings into clear requirements for developers (including use cases), and own the full requirements lifecycle from initial analysis through monitoring, documentation, acceptance testing, and deployment. You will also support UI/design work with basic mockups and coordinate with UX specialists.

Responsibilities

• Define functional system requirements through deep analysis of company/client needs

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams (technical and support), including the Product Owner

• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and structure requirements based on the project roadmap

• Prepare assignments/specifications for developers (use cases)

• Support design/UI creation, including basic mockups and collaboration with UX specialists

• Support testing, implementation of changes, and training activities

Requirements

• Relevant experience with IT analysis, ideally in fintech projects

• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into system requirements, including considering alternatives

• Experience working in agile (time/material) development projects

• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure project functionality logically

• Ability to create diagrams (not required to be a technical/system engineer)

• Ability to communicate in English (and willingness to improve progressively)

• Comfort working with diverse clients across industries

• Advantage: Technical background, UX knowledge, Design Thinking, Scrum experience, and/or familiarity with Atlassian tools
