• Role: UX Designer (FolioGuard integrated insurance platform)

Description

You’ll join a cross-functional team to improve customer experiences across FolioGuard workflows for both property managers and residents.

Partner with Product and Engineering to understand user problems, conduct research and usability testing, and validate solutions based on real needs. You’ll also run growth experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) and use AI-powered tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define design opportunities and deliver well-crafted UX solutions

• Conduct and facilitate user research, usability testing, and design validation

• Design, run, and iterate on growth experiments to optimize key user flows and business outcomes

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and delivery

• Communicate design rationale to cross-functional partners and drive shared understanding

• Contribute to the design system and help evolve UI components and patterns

• Adapt to shifting priorities and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces

Requirements

• Strong user-centered product sense and curiosity for complex, multi-sided products

• Demonstrated growth design experience: funnel analysis, A/B testing, experiment design, and data-informed decisions

• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools

• Ability to translate complex design rationale clearly for non-design stakeholders

• Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies

• Portfolio showing your design process, problem-solving approach, and experience designing software product experiences

Benefits

• Expected base pay range: $104,000–$130,000 (final compensation varies by skills, education, and experience)
