Description

Provide technical support for diagnostic systems and the associated toolchain. You will capture customer challenges (internal and external), identify and resolve issues, and consolidate and deliver information and resources.

Responsibilities

• Front-desk support for diagnostic systems and tools, including intake of problems and direct troubleshooting
• Coordinate the processing of open support topics
• Create documentation and guides for relevant stakeholders
• Preserve knowledge by producing suitable help documents

Requirements

• Degree as an electrical engineer or technician/master in automotive electrical engineering (Kfz-Technik/E-Technik)
• Several years of experience in customer support or workshop/service contexts
• Knowledge of automotive vehicles (buses, trucks, vans)
• Experience with diagnostic systems
• Negotiation-level German and English
