Description

You’ll train to develop and deliver technical solutions that make everyday work easier for users and customers. The role covers installation, configuration, and operation of IT systems from hardware to software, including networking, troubleshooting, and security. You will also support users as a first point of contact and contribute to end-to-end IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for users and customers
• Install, configure, and operate IT systems (hardware to software)
• Build and maintain stable networks
• Identify and fix bugs to restore system performance
• Plan and implement IT projects end-to-end
• Protect systems against attacks with a Security-first approach
• Provide first-line IT support and collaborate with colleagues to deliver service

Requirements

• Enjoy working with technology and understand how networks, servers, and cloud solutions work
• Work well in a team and contribute ideas
• Feel comfortable with IT topics and digital environments
• Take responsibility and be willing to pursue new ideas
• German and English skills at C1–C2
• Ideally: Class B driver’s license
