Description

You will lead the development, maintenance, and technical management of an Odoo Enterprise-based solution. The role has real impact on system architecture, development standards, and how integrations with external services are implemented. You will also support the Odoo front-end layer and reporting mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Odoo Enterprise solution
• Influence system architecture and development standards
• Implement integrations with external services
• Design modular architecture, data models, and business logic in line with SOLID and Odoo best practices
• Manage the project technically: architectural decisions, planning, code reviews, standards, and mentoring

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Python and the Odoo Enterprise framework, preferably with production Odoo delivery/maintenance experience
• Ability to design modular architecture, data models, and business logic following SOLID and Odoo best practices
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, including encryption of transmission, secure stored data, selected fields (FLE), and backups
• Experience integrating Odoo with external systems, including Keycloak, External KMS, and Fireblocks
• Knowledge of the Odoo front-end layer and reporting mechanisms
• Ability to manage the project technically: architectural decisions, planning, code reviews, defining standards, mentoring
• English min. B2
