Description

Build scalable backend applications and integrations that support customs and logistics processes across a global network. Develop REST APIs and event-driven solutions, work with relational databases, and help design cloud-based systems. Contribute to distributed systems, integration, and workflow automation efforts with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications for customs and logistics processes
• Build scalable and reliable integrations between internal and external systems
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and event-driven solutions
• Work with relational databases to ensure high performance and data quality
• Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and other development teams
• Support technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain operational excellence

Requirements

• Experience in backend development using Kotlin
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with system integrations and API-based communication
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern software architecture principles
• Understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns
• Experience with Git and software development best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive ownership mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• English proficiency for daily cooperation with international stakeholders
