Description

Lead end-to-end execution of allocated data migration areas and objects for SAP deployment waves (BM/IM/WM). Work with local business and functional teams and act as a bridge between Global Data Migration Experts and DM Execution teams to ensure local requirements are captured in conversion workbooks. Drive migration, verification, and hypercare incident resolution for the scoped objects.

Responsibilities

• Support large ERP programs (including responsibilities that may be assumed by Global Data Migration Experts on certain projects)

• Serve as the deployment wave focal point for migration data objects in scope

• Collaborate with Business Data Owners, deployment functional experts, ETL team members, and legacy teams

• Drive migration activities for the deployment project and ensure local requirements are reflected

• Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment-wave projects

• Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification

• Prepare/execute DVT scripts

• Coordinate defect and hypercare incident resolution for in-scope objects

• Resolve design defects or escalate to Global Data Migration Experts

Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience

• SAP certification in at least one relevant functional area

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS

• Deep expertise in data migration execution

• Knowledge of GxP and CSV

• Functional expertise and leadership; able to work effectively in an international matrix environment

• Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple countries and systems

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic and hands-on approach (run meetings, track progress, manage issues)

• Fluent English (B2+)
