Description

Lead the deployment data migration for allocated SAP BM/IM/WM objects and areas, collaborating with business and functional teams to capture local requirements in conversion workbooks. Act as the deployment wave focal point for migration activities, preparing and validating migration deliverables and supporting transformation verification. Drive defect and hypercare incident resolution for in-scope objects.

Responsibilities

• Support large ERP programs (and potentially assume responsibilities of Global Data Migration Experts on some projects)

• Serve as deployment wave focal point for in-scope data migration objects

• Collaborate with business data owners, deployment functional experts, ETL team members, and legacy teams

• Drive migration activities for the deployment project and ensure local requirements are reflected in conversion workbooks

• Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects

• Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification

• Execute DVT scripts

• Coordinate defect and hypercare incident resolution for objects under responsibility

• Resolve design defects or escalate them to Global Data Migration Experts

Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP project implementation background

• SAP certification in at least one relevant functional area, with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS

• Deep expertise in data migration execution

• Knowledge of GxP and CSV

• Functional expertise and strong leadership skills for an international, matrix-based organization

• Proven experience with globally distributed teams in multi-country, multi-systems environments

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic and hands-on working style (run meetings, track progress, manage issues)

• Fluent English (B2+ level)
