Description

You will support a project in a banking environment as an SAP Senior HCM consultant with ABAP experience. Your main focus is independent design and implementation of small assignments (JIRA tickets) within the bAV module, including customizing and ESS adjustments for salary conversion.

Responsibilities

• Advise IT and the business department on implementing requirements

• Independently create designs and implement small work items (JIRA tickets) in the bAV module

• Perform bAV module customizing, including impact checks for VO85, VO2000, and VO2019

• Customize payroll accounting related to bAV

• Adapt and extend SAP standard, including reports for pension calculation and pension determination

• Adjust the ESS application for salary conversion (Entgeltumwandlung)

• Create and maintain the required documentation before go-live

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of SAP standard modules PA and PY, including bAV (and, if applicable, authorizations/customizing)

• Experience adapting programs for pension calculation/determination in the bAV module

• Solid ABAP programming skills and knowledge of the SAP development framework

• Project experience optimizing customer solutions in SAP HCM bAV and connected systems

• Ability to capture, analyze, evaluate, and document complex processes

• Experience in the banking sector

• Excellent German communication skills

• Multi-year hands-on experience in the specified HCM/bAV responsibilities
