Description

You will analyze, optimize, and implement business processes in medium-sized manufacturing companies, with a strong focus on SAP logistics modules. You will independently deliver SAP optimizations and rollouts, provide cross-module consulting and system Customizing, and coordinate customer requirements. The role also includes (partial) project leadership in optimization and implementation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize existing business processes and IT solutions across customer environments

  • Implement SAP optimizations and introductions independently

  • Support cross-module consulting and perform SAP Customizing

  • Work with SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, PP, WM)

  • Capture customer requirements, implement them, and provide long-term support

  • Coordinate customer requirements as a consulting client manager

  • Act as (partial) project lead for SAP projects and drive conceptual, independent delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of SAP consulting experience (6+ years for the Senior position)

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP logistics module (SD, MM, PP, WM)

  • Experience with SAP Customizing and project implementation

  • German language skills at C2 level

  • Experience in a dynamic multi-project consulting environment

  • Hands-on consulting mindset and strong understanding of business processes

  • Independent, analytical, and communication-focused working style; team-oriented
