Description

You will build, maintain, and further develop SAP HCM solutions with a strong emphasis on ABAP development. The role supports challenging SAP HCM projects and contributes to modernizing the SAP landscape, including technologies such as SAP Fiori and SAP BTP. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced developers and business/functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP projects focused on SAP HCM

• Contribute to the further development of the SAP system landscape

• Support modernization efforts using modern technologies (e.g., Fiori, BTP)

• Exchange ideas at eye level with experienced colleagues from development and business areas

Requirements

• Multi-year, solid ABAP development experience in SAP HCM

• Very good knowledge of relevant HCM modules (e.g., PY, PA, OM, PT)

• Structured and solution-oriented working style

• Enjoys improving existing solutions with focus on what matters most

• Very good German and English language skills
