Description

You will support the partner by implementing AI solutions that optimize business processes, translating existing AI/ML initiatives into practical projects. You will help define and implement the organization’s approach to AI-assisted development (AI coding), including standards, governance, and best practices to ensure tools are safe, efficient, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI solutions with the partner’s team

• Define the approach to AI-assisted coding

• Establish a process from idea to Proof of Concept (PoC)

• Support organizational adoption and change management

Requirements

• Strong curiosity and desire to explore new AI technologies

• Hands-on experience with Claude and Azure AI Foundry

• Ability to define frameworks and governance principles for AI solutions

• Documented experience converting AI tools into concrete solutions and workflows that create business value
