Description

Translate business needs into effective data architectures and solutions, supporting projects across cloud development, infrastructure setup, data engineering, data science, and generative AI use cases.

Build and implement generative AI solutions such as RAG architectures, copilots, intelligent search systems, and workflow automation.

Communicate findings and deliver insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data architectures and solutions

• Support multiple project areas: cloud development, infrastructure setup, data engineering, data science, and GenAI use cases

• Communicate findings and deliver insights to stakeholders and leadership teams

• Travel occasionally within Switzerland and abroad to work with clients and the team in Zurich

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant position

• Practical experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, dbt, Palantir Foundry)

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Spark

• Proven experience building and implementing generative AI solutions (e.g., RAG architectures, copilots, intelligent search systems, workflow automation tools)

• Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts and data warehousing methodologies

• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering results

• Strong communication abilities and fluency in English
