Description

You will help establish the direction for two digital products in manufacturing, maintenance, and production, translating operational needs into clear technical, functional, and data requirements. The engagement combines technical business analysis, product management, data analysis, and technical user experience, working with process supporters, technicians, engineers, production teams, data scientists, developers, architects, and infrastructure specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Define relevant use cases and user journeys

  • Understand how CCTV is used today in deviation investigations

  • Map current workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement

  • Define how users should interact with anomalies, alerts, images, video footage, and investigation results

  • Translate user and business needs into technical and functional requirements

  • Support decisions on cameras, video management systems, data flows, AI/ML models, and infrastructure

  • Clarify the balance between edge, on-premises, and cloud-based processing

  • Define data requirements, data flows, data structures, and data ownership

  • Assess data quality and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities

  • Support collection, preparation, labeling, and improvement of data used to train and validate AI models

  • Use data and user insights to inform product decisions, prioritization, and roadmap

  • Establish metrics for product performance, data quality, model performance, and user adoption

  • Define requirements related to security, privacy, auditability, role-based access, and scalability

  • Support compliance considerations, including GxP and the EU AI Act

  • Create product vision, MVP scope, and roadmap

Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical UX Designer, Data Product Manager, Service Designer, or Digital Transformation Consultant

  • Pharma experience

  • Experience with complex digital or enterprise products

  • Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, and workshop facilitation

  • Experience translating user needs into technical requirements

  • Practical experience with data, data quality, and data-driven decisions

  • Understanding of data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and system architecture

  • Experience working with AI, computer vision, machine learning, or data products

  • Experience from manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, or regulated environments

  • Ability to communicate with both shop-floor users and technical specialists

  • Experience working in agile product teams

  • Structured, pragmatic, and analytical approach

  • Ability to create clarity in complex and evolving environments
