Description

The consultant will join a dynamic team focused on advancing the enterprise AI agenda across various business sectors. The role emphasizes extensive experience in AI, digital, or technology-enabled transformations, with a strong focus on organization-wide change and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate work across multiple AI workstreams
• Develop executive-ready discussion materials and recommendations
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and leadership discussions
• Identify emerging risks, dependencies, gaps, and decision needs
• Translate workstream outputs into a cohesive AI transformation narrative
• Drive follow-up actions and ensure readiness for executive decisions
• Align priorities with business leaders and maintain project momentum
• Act as a thought partner to the AI agenda leads, turning ambiguity into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• AI, digital or technology-enabled transformation experience
• Ability to turn ambiguity into progress
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills
• Experience managing enterprise-level transformation projects
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams
