Description

Build and deliver practical AI agents and citizen development solutions that improve Compliance & Ethics efficiency and insight. Work as the main interface between IT and Compliance teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and drive end-to-end digital transformation. Contribute to data product development using a Cloud Data Platform, while deepening both technical and compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the division’s strategy for smart, sensible data and digital solutions for Compliance & Ethics teams
• Act as the bridge between IT and Compliance business/function areas for solution building, rollouts, and maintenance
• Provide administration and technical advisory for compliance service domains and IT/Data/AI tools
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and create clear documentation (e.g., business process diagrams, high-level and detailed requirements)
• Lead or contribute to citizen development initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Identify, design, develop, test, deploy, and drive adoption of practical AI agents and AI-enabled solutions (focus on Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot)
• Build relationships across Compliance, business management, data suppliers, IT specialists, Power Platform experts, and other analysts
• Challenge current ways of working and propose practical ideas to improve productivity through data, automation, AI, and citizen development
• Continuously learn and pragmatically apply new technologies, building awareness of governance, risk management, and internal controls

Requirements

• Master’s degree in an AI/data-relevant field or equivalent professional experience/certifications
• 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, automation, AI, citizen development, or related digital solution delivery
• Ability to analyze business flows and business problems and translate user needs into practical solutions
• Hands-on experience with (or strong ambition to build expertise in) Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and prompt design
• Hands-on experience with (or strong ambition to build expertise in) Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate citizen development
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop both technical skills and compliance knowledge
