Microsoft Dynamics Functional / Business Consultant

You will play a key role in aligning business needs with technology, ensuring that Dynamics 365 solutions effectively support customer engagement, operations, and strategic objectives across international environments.

Description

You will contribute to large-scale digital initiatives focused on enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and connected Microsoft 365 services. Depending on your experience, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translate them into functional designs, support CRM implementations, or drive product ownership and roadmap delivery.

Responsibilities may include:

• Configuring Dynamics 365 applications
• Supporting process automation
• Defining data models
• Ensuring seamless integration across systems to improve business efficiency and user experience

Experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage, particularly within complex and regulated enterprise environments where compliance, data governance, and process standardisation are critical.

You will work on international projects supporting long-term digital transformation programs within sectors such as public transport and NGO. You will be involved in designing and delivering business-focused CRM and Power Platform solutions that directly impact organisational performance and decision-making.
