Description

As a Network Administrator with a focus on Cisco Meraki, you drive network projects to success and solve challenges efficiently. You administer and configure firewalls, switches, WLAN, routing, and VPN, while resolving tickets independently. The role also supports the development of your expertise in a dynamic IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Steer and administer firewalls, switches, WLAN, routing, and VPN
  • Build, configure, and manage modern IT infrastructure
  • Implement network projects with a focus on Cisco Meraki
  • Identify and resolve network malfunctions through error diagnosis
  • Handle support tickets and support proactive incident management
  • Solve tickets confidently and participate in rotating 24/7 support (voluntary, specially compensated)

Requirements

  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration)
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
  • Customer- and solution-oriented working style
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Independent and structured time management
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn every day and grow with the role
  • Cisco network knowledge (especially Cisco Meraki) is beneficial
  • Cisco certifications
