Description

Support and operate VoIP and network infrastructure for business customers. You provide second-level support via tickets, phone, and on-site visits, configure VoIP and networking components, and troubleshoot technical issues. You also contribute to planning and delivering VoIP and network projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle second-level support requests via tickets, phone, and on-site
• Participate in planning, organizing, and implementing VoIP and network infrastructure projects
• Ensure smooth operation of customer VoIP, LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks
• Configure and maintain VoIP endpoints, routers, firewalls, VPN, and switches
• Analyze technical faults and resolve incidents through troubleshooting
• Work with Microsoft, Apple, VoIP telephony, and firewall/network infrastructure solutions

Requirements

• IT training or comparable qualification with a strong IT background
• Practical experience in network administration (TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN, routing)
• Knowledge in configuring and integrating VoIP telephone systems (Cloud & On-Prem)
• Willingness to learn, solution-oriented thinking, and reliable work habits
• Strong teamwork and good collaboration
• German proficiency at C1 level for supporting German-speaking customers
