Description

You will provide proactive problem-solving support for AV Operations, ensuring seamless AV interactions for Zoom calls and video conferences. You will maintain and optimize AV infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware issues, and serve as a subject-matter expert for the Zoom ecosystem (Zoom Rooms, Zoom Device Management, and Zoom Digital Signage). You will also manage ITIL incident workflows, perform UAT, and maintain an accurate asset inventory database.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize AV infrastructure (hardware configuration, break/fix, troubleshooting)
• Act as subject-matter expert for Zoom ecosystem (Zoom Rooms, Zoom Device Management, Zoom Digital Signage)
• Manage ITIL incident workflows
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Maintain a precise asset inventory database

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of technical support or operations experience
• At least 1 year of experience with IT systems, networking, and infrastructure
• At least 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
• At least 1 year of experience with incident management and reporting tools
